# 1 Customer Support ~yay~

I just haven't seen many threads thanking customer support. Only flaming them. Which is sad. I wanted to make a quick post saying thank you to customer support for helping me with my issue!

I purchased the promotional 3-month subscription for 30 bucks. And I didn't receive my ZEN stipend in game. I gave it a couple days and still nothing. So I submitted a ticket in game Saturday evening.

Here I am Monday morning and the stipend has been submitted to my ZEN balance with an apology for the delay!

I don't know about the rest of you, but from what I'm used to this is excellent response time for the correction of an issue.

Way to go Customer Support Team!

Gratz... maybe all our complaints have caught their attention..

I hope this is a new pattern that continues...
I'll stop kicking that horse when the bugs fixed. Until then as a paying consumer, I will voice my opinion.
