It's about two months since I submitted a ticket ingame (my first), how long do I have to wait for an answer?

I submitted my last ticket about 2 years ago, still no reply.

I've sent in about a half dozen tickets over the last 6 months, but none have ever shown up in the "view my tickets" window. I always got a ticket number, but nothing else. Ever. Also, no replies.

Same for me.. ticket number but can't view it..
Ok so now I know that there is no idea to submit a ticket.

Expect no response from general bug tickets, and usually a canned response from GM tickets - especially if you are using the GM ticket to report a bug. Otherwise, if you have a unique problem that is somehow affecting your play, you might get a fix and a response.

so, end of the line is: ingame bug reporting is useless. It is only redirected into a big pile of trash mail. never read. never attended to.

i too used to be a bug hunter and reported several ingame bugs, who are still there and will be there in the time when this game goes down the road...
