Those are the two I've personally come across but I suspect that the majority of white doffs listed under Armory officer on the exchange are ones that are in the wrong department, which is why ppl are trying to offload them.

It seems like they added a couple of patch notes that didn't make it to the patch. Tier 2 Operational Assets still cost 60 Duty Officers for each requirement.

yes, there are a couple duty officer varieties that are crossing departmental boundaries

if we're going to be buying duty officers for a certain starbase requirement, we need a guarantee that the duty officer we're buying, will actually be allowed to be donated to that portion of the project

for instance, armory officers, go, in, the, security department

I have a bunch of mail labelled as Armory Doffs in my mailbox since they will eventually fix this and Security sucks for the drop rate on Fleet Security Doffs.

One other thing you guys probally didn't catch is those Shield Disribution officers (from the fleet store) that do weapons malfunction if you are using draw fire... Pop 3 of those bad boys on that space roster so you got in actuality 8 ground doff roster LOL
