You can ignore a player all you want, but you can still get paired with them.
There really needs to be something done about the people that purposely fly off/run into so remote corner and click Need on everything, and make snide remarks while everyone else does all the work.
Granted Ignoring a person keeps you from seeing all the rude comments and what-not, but the fact that people are still able to just sit there and do nothing is something that any other MMO would do something about.
Same can be said on Drozana Station (as a main example)
I would love for a few Dev's to go there in an account that doesn't scream "I'm a Dev/Mod" and see first hand what those of us in the forums are talking about, and finally do something about it.
Being randomly Chat Banned when you haven't said anything all day, the constant "I'll need everything but won't lift a finger to help" ect ect ect gets to a point where you have to ask yourself:
Does PWE/Devs/whoever really care?
At this point, after almost a year of playing, I can honestly say, that no, they don't care. Which is rather pathetic from a Company Stand-point.
There is enough threads around the forums about the party system involved with PvE queues that another one isn't necessary.
If you report a player, then that's it. The GM team will handle it as they see fit. If you don't want to run into a chance of getting AFK'ers, leachers etc in PvE maps, then don't pug it. Plain and simple and post in the discussion threads about how they could make it better.
Due to the fact this asks about moderation (and the odds that this will just into a flame thread), I'm going to close it down.
