I am pretty sure they could get it done All they really need to do is Mod Q's winter land or Make some room where it has some hallowen Club. Should not be to hard.I mean they made Q's winter land in like 3 or 4 weeks be for the event.

They all ready have the stuff they need mostly All they need to do is mod it to hallowen mode.

They did a very short mission last year that gave a special DOFF. They'll probably rerun it this year. I was a little underwhelmed by it and hope they do something more like winter wonderland.

If you look at the ingame callender the mission "Hearts and Minds" is back at the end of next month for it, nice for the people who have not done it and not got the rewards, a little boring for those who have

They could rerun the Devidian Series, so the Creepy Drozana mission falls on Halloween. That should take no preperation time at all.
Everythign is in place and they just need to hit the right button.
