Hi

I've been trying to figure out how much actual dps I would gain for upgrading the Starship Energy Weapons skill but I couldn't find anything anywhere. The in-game description only says it goes to 18-99 like every skill and the same is said on stowiki but what does that actually mean?
For example with Warp Core Performance and related subsystem performances I could find actual numbers of the bonus to the energy (although not over the 99 points if there is any bonus after that).
So my question is if anyone could show me a link that would describe the actual values of the bonuses preferably for all skills but after an hour of searching I would be happy even for the aforementioned Energy Weapons skill.
Also can you raise your skill meaningfully after 99 with items and boff buffs?
