# 1 Real Life Heros
07-01-2013, 07:25 AM
Yesterday 19 firefighters were killed fighting a wild fire in Arizona. These men and women put their lives on the line every day to save lives and homes and this time the fire took their lives. In this game we play at being a hero but first responders and military really are. Please pray for the families of those who bravely lost their lives.

Thank you

also the real Hero's are Mothers and Fathers whom work at a job they hate, day or night , in and out, just to keep a roof over the families head and food in the house.

A Hero is that person, stuck with Depression, wishing to die, yet still finding the Will to get out of bed in the morning.

Hero- Nurses who work at a hospital to help those people that others never would help.

Police- facing the badguys on the street every day, while alot of human's don't want to do that job, yet grumble at them for being police at the same time enjoying Some of the peace Police ensure.

Teachers- whom are entrusted to teach young children all that is needed for their future careers.

Farmers- for whom without , many would die without food, and the grocery stores would have nothing but lab-grown plants.

Anyone whom works at a job they hate- so that they can live . Example: people working at stocking shelves in a store, (without them , the store would be empty), or the people at the tills, of the store, whom allow the purchases to go through and face grumpy customers many times.

God Bless Many of You Human's. You Are HEROES.

(not someone who plays a sport ..... or acts on tv..... people can live and survive without that....-----no ofense of course to those whom play sports or act----I just disagree with how much they are worshiped and the Real Heroes of life are Not.)

In Lakewood, WA, the other day, an apartment complex caught fire. Across the street, there lived an Army Ranger, recently back from Afghanistan. When he saw the fire, his first reaction was to charge across the street, into the burning building, to get people out. When he heard that there were still people in a second-floor apartment, and the flames on the stairwell prevented access to the door, he went to the back of the building, climbed up on their balcony, kicked open the locked sliding-glass door, and guided the family (including a small girl) to safety. It was only when a reporter was trying to interview him later that he noticed he'd gashed his calf on the glass; his response was to say that the injury wasn't that big a deal, and he'd go get stitches in it later (which, in fact, was exactly what happened).

He refused to be considered a hero. He said that what he did was just what anybody would have done in the same circumstances. I beg to differ.
