***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Been playing for over 6 months and i've had a bit of a wait on occasion, but not once over 30 sec. It may very well be related to your location and distance from the closest sto server. And i use a wifi connection to play.
