We are aware there is a queue to log in at this time.
We're aware of a Skill Points issue some Romulans may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

Can someone please explain how one goes about understanding the abilities or point increases or what ever it may be called . For instance the very first elite armor is a polyweave and it says +43.6 all energy damage resistance but then 4 lines under that it says +11.6 all energy damage resistance. In my mind that equals+45.2 all energy damage resistance but if this was and is the case would it not have been easier to just put that in and not the other 2 numbers, or is this done to confuse the hell out of us. somebody that has this answear please respond to this post. I am very confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First, relax a bit there, no need to add a bunch of exclamation points and such.
Second, the reason there's two seperate numbers, is because of one of the modifiers the armor has, the 'ResAll' modifier, which adds in exactly that, a resistance boost across the board, to every type of damage. Thus it's a separate number to show that. Same applies for other modifiers the armor might have, like HPP for example.
