My grip is with the STF Leaver Penalty. Sure this is nice and all but it needs to be redesigned to make exceptions.

When you get disconnected in an STF, it still gives you a penalty if you can't get back on just in time to rejoin. - This happens about once or twice a month for me.

Paid subscription users should NEVER get a Penalty. We could just stop giving you money. I know I am leaning in that direction.

When the Secondary Objective is failed, anyone leaving the STF should never get the Penalty. Using my self as an example, I only play those now for the secondary so what's the point of staying with a group of Pugs who keep dying, falling in the soup, or who can't guard a transformer?

I have other things I'm angry about, like having to open 100 lock boxes to get the special ship inside, it's too high, but that is for another time.
Well in no way to flame I think different... Im a 900 plus guy that pay every 6 month for sub and I think the leaver penalty should be 4 hours or 10 mil exchange points if you are the first to bail on a team. Internet drop?? sure it happens. Happened to me but I log on and im back in the stf. If you have a internet that does that a lot and you know that then you should not be playing stf! Its not fair to others. Further more these new fleet stuff like no win. People are just hanging back and not doing anything. If you are not moving and putting out and getting damage on a average amount then you should get a 2 hour kick as well and no marks. So we both pay and both see things I guess different

100 keys I will glad to debate with ya! Its a free market and if people "the majorty" did not like it we would not have 3 generations or is it 4 now of it lol.

Staying if they can't complete the secondary is the luck of the draw, if you want to be sure your going to complete it you need to build a group.
If that's you're only reason for doing them is optionals then why are you queing for random groups? That's a massively ineffective way of going about this..

Except of course that as an LTSer you basically just get the benefits of Gold, which you also get via subscribing for a month. Thing is, once you subscribe for a month you keep those benefits you unlock. Meaning... you get a $15 value for those three hundred dollars.

So if you want to include that, the LTS pays for itself in four years and nine months instead of five years. So... yay...?

You know, you can try and play off Lifetime Membership as a deal all you want, but it's a joke since the game went F2P.

People who leave when the secondary objective fails should be banned for life, or a week.

Correct me if im wrong but only the first one who leaves gets an Penalty, the Rest can leave without getting one. I had a lots of Cure Grounds where People leave and when im leaving second i never got a Penalty, also if the Mission runs for a long time(20min) and you leave you get no penalty or else iam very lucky as i never got one for leaving first after a longer Time.

You know,
I can't tell you how many times at late, that I've joined an STF that was already finished and the other players, (minus one who bailed) were sitting around waiting for the leave map button.
Then I get hit with the cooldown even though I joined after it finished.......

OR

I've joined STFs mid mission because someone bailed on a team.....

Bailing on a STF not only affects your other teammates, it affects the poor slob who ends up joining after you left too.

Hell, I see players leave fleet alert missions all the time just because they're aren't enough escorts.
Imagine if THOSE people had the kick from team function ?! No thanks.

Bailing on any of the team missions SUCK and if you ask me, the leaver penalty should be doubled for repeat offenders, something like the death penalty accumulates the respond time when you die in STFs.

When you join a pug team mission, you've accepted the consequences, good or bad, not everyone is gonna go textbook. To me, that's what makes things interesting and yes, sometimes frustrating too, but definitely interesting.

That's the nature of pugging, it's unpredictable.
