b) I just downloaded the same version that was on Tribble since last friday, so I would guess they know about their test server.

c) I don't see a large punch/nerf to engineers/cruisers. They removed/reduced a lot of shared cooldowns, I think it will be interesting...

I like this. Escorts will have a reduced tanking ability in pvp, but there's still a lot of work to do to balance the insane shield and hull stats you gave them. Many escorts still have better hulls than my science ship and only a slightly inferior shield modifier. Lolz.

Are you going to nerf tactical in the next patch so that were back to where we started again? Or maybe you could put this back and de-nerf the science.
