Hard to tell as the Delta Flyer was a bit of a Quantum Delta Flyer and its size varied based on observation.

In any case, a runabout would have never fit inside Voyager's hanger so I'm going to say it was bigger.

I'd guess a runabout is bigger. They are meant to be independent vessels, not shuttles. Hence why they all have their own names and registration numbers.

I'd say round about the same size, similar to the Venture and Argo Flyer's.

I think people don't realize just how big Runabouts really are.

The Flyer is bigger than a shuttle, but not by a ton.

Heck, runabouts have a jeffries tubes running under the deck between the forward and aft compartments. I think it was Blaze of Glory we saw one them?

The Delta Flyer is a large shuttle, the runabout is a small ship. Most ships couldn't carry them at all, and I think it's almost a bit dubious even with the pregnant belly that the Armitage class can carry four of them.

Where are the Bunk (beds)? Man, that TNG Runabout didn't have anywhere for the crew to sleep? That's gotta suck.

To paraphrase J. Michael Strazinsky, either might be larger or smaller on any given day because they are both the size of plot!

There's rooms under the nacelles that aren't visible in the cutaway. There's enough space for four people to sleep assuming a two-tier bunkbed on each side.

The Runabout does not have 2 decks. The floor of the Lounge is at most a meter above the exterior of the ventral hull.
