A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So I got this game on steam to see if it is any good to play and when I started the game it gave me a steam error message on the game. I want to fix this problem but there is a multi step process that I have to do and I need to access my Administrators account that only my parents can access. Is there any way that I can play the game through steam or an easier way to access it without administration? Sometimes I can play games when the administration button activates.
