***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Nearly forgot: A huge THANK YOU to Cryptic for their continued openness to these interviews. I am absolutely astounded regularly buy the team's visible elation when sharing the latest projects and ideas, and can't think of any other company who has been so engaged with their playebase through "Fan Journalist" bloggers and really any outlet you can reach us through.

I hope in the near future we get to see a "Cryptic Fest" con for your games as you add new products to the line up (NWO, and whatever is in the "Top Secret" development page) so I can thank you in person. Love or hate the results, this here is the right way to connect with us.
