"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Got on no problem. But I'm slightly confused at the point, I mean I like the graphics, and everything looked cool. I would have assumed this App would be for use with the Ol' doff system, or something similar.
Not only is it not displaying accolades I have yet to complete, several of the accolade ribbons / icons that are shown have a grey rectangle behind them, almost like they weren't made with a transparent background.
Also, "Incendiary Intervention" is misspelled as "Incendiarty Intervention".

I can quickly see the STO Gateway adding additional functionality to permit players to manage duty officer assignments in their current sectors, fleet project selection and contributions, as well as the new Reputation system that was just released with Season 7?
I upgraded my Firefox browser from version 15 to version 17 this week. Apparently, this was enough of a change for Gateway Account Guard to detect my browser as additional to the one from previous record. So I was sent a new code tonight. Just an observation more than anything. I suppose this is typical for how Account Guard is supposed to work?

Noticed something now:
the message shows up right away on Chrome, Blackberry's and other browsers, while with Internet Explorer it just gets stuck at the screen "Accessing Secure Personnel Files Please Wait..." just after entering credentials, for a long time. And then, the message shows up.
