I was just wondering how Shield Emitters skill in your skill tree effects Emergency Power to Shields since I've heard that it does effect it plus the skill tree indicates it's affected yet... the Star Trek Online Wikipedia doesn't seem to indicate how or how much by.
Anyone have a clue? I've googled, searched and haven't found anything exactly specific to my question about the specifics themselves.
