A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
That would be really practical. I mean, I am okay with helping fleet pals out with transferring boffs from one toon to the other, sure, and accepting similar help myself. But really, it is just quite... avoidable, given a feature like the account bank - or something similar for boffs.
That would be a helpful function indeed.....and for only a small amount of Zen it could be yours!!!!!!

I EARNED 1000 days...I didn't BUY it! New LTS=Death to Vet.System: 10/10/12 Never Forget Something should be done for those who cared enough to have a 1000+ day sub.
We already do that. Using the account bank would be less cumbersome.
And it is accessible from you bridge which would be a great benefit to those of us with multiple characters as well.
Bad idea. Putting boffs in fleet bank would mean they're up for grabs by anyone with access to said bank section (presumably almost everyone in fleet, for this to be even remotely practical).
Naturally, the fleet can make a rule that says: "You're strictly forbidden from takimg boffs not directly intended for you." But then said bank section would de facto have become a 'private' public trade window, as it were -- making it painfully clear no public fleet space should have been used in the first place.
