A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Well i tried to buy zen last month and the transaction charged to my card but never processed through to zen and after a couple days the charge dissapeared. yesterday i tried to buy zen. it said processing for about 12 hours i went to bed now this morning it says that my charge has been refunded and i still have zero zen. I take it that Perfect World has all the money it needs and thus does not want me purchasing anymore zen?
I will not use another system besides paypal because i have twice and those were the only two times that i have had my account information stolen. Well its good to see you guys have more money than you need i will be expecting massive amounts of new functional bug free content forthwith.
