Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I cannot figure out how to get Engineering Team III (or Hull repair 3) skill. I looked thoroughly on my skill chart, and there is no description about it. I read that certain Engineering skill, such as Emergency power to weapon 3 can be obtained based on the skill chart. But, where is this Hull repair 3 ?
On STO Wiki, it's shown that this skill can be trained (it's not from special BOFF), but I kept scratching my head trying to figure out which skill I must maximize to get it.
I tried to check BOFF at the exchange, but it seems it's impossible to browse through them all. I did try it though and my eyes got so tired.
Please someone help me. Thanks ahead for the pointer.
