Well it would help to know what your issue is. But generally they have been pretty good about responding to my requests for help. Maybe a few days before I get a reply from an actual human being. But with the update out they might be a bit backed up.
i did a fatal mistake wich is i hope people agree also partly there own fault for having 2 almost exactly same named items, i started a request for Adaptive MACO Deflector Dish, and noticed i need the NORMAL one... when i already put in 900 marks and 5k dilithium....
