A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
are you using a notebook and/or an nvidia chipset? If so, do you have a hybrid chipset (more than one graphic card for example an nvidia gtx 675m and an intel 4000) ?
I only have the one graphic's card, no shared driver's and it is selected in STO. I cannot see it being fully related to the card but more to the update as I was on an hour prior to the update with no issues and post update nothing renders property and then crashes with an out of memory warning
