I reached Tier 1 and I have a few questions about things here...

I see that I do not actually have access to the passive ability, I'll assume that this has yet to go live on TTS. Nor do I have access to the store.
There is are store 'unlock' missions that I can do but since it is not an technically an upgrade missions you have to wait until there is an active slot open to do them. Is this just a mistake or will all of your other upgrade missions now have to compete with regular missions to get done? All at 1 day and 16 hours.

Also once you've complete T1 you unlock a total of 6 new missions, three 'unlock' not upgrade missions, and three additional regular missions. All of these missions provide only 200xp for while the 2 beginning T0 missions provide 2000xp and 800xp respectively. Are the rewards for all the new missions going to be this small and will the old T0 missions disappear afterwards?

200 XP for Tier 1 missions, while Tier 0 is 2000 / 800? Either someone at Cryptic misplaced a 0, or they really intentially not making this fun.

Which makes this MUCH WORSE for those people who been struggling to complete their MK12 sets, which Cryptic keeps compounding insult to injury by making them wait many more months and then forcing them to pay 36,000 DL per set piece.

Honestly, the more I learn about Season 7, the more I'm thinking about leaving. No point in putting money into a game that isn't fun.

The more I learn about season 7 the more i feal pain in my Heart. I used to love the game, but with season 7 I might be gone.

This sounds vastly incorrect. XP projects at higher tiers all grant the same numeric Reputation XP. Unlocks have diminished XP values but offer additional prizes such as Store Unlocks or Direct Gear Rewards.

I'm unsure what the status of the powers are on Tribble. We've got them completely working internally, and have for awhile now, but I think the public build is a bit behind.

Mine works just fine. Did the poster in question happen to run the Tier 1 upgrade project?

All the above missions take 1 day and 16 hours to complete. The T1 reputation 'Upgrade' mission only takes 1 hour, but I didn't write down its requirements when I did it.

The security officer missions and the fighter pet all say Claim Tier I ----- but do not list them as rewards, so I assumed that they were regular missions and that the unhighlighted Store button was where I had to go to buy the new rewards. And that the missions rewarded a Tier 1 provision of sorts to redeem at the store, not that they directly rewarded me with it. My apologies for any confusion that I might have caused.

Thanks for the info Bort, I tried the passives again on TTS and it didn't do anything, so I'm guessing its not live at this moment.

Given there are others confirming there are 200 XP missions, not 2000 as you claim, to paraphase Star Trek 6, "what we are looking for is here".

So are we going to put the boot on the wrong person or we going to go after the ones who altered the databank?
