After the recent updates decreasing the dilithium earned to 480 and making the Elite Omega Marks (Borg Neural Processors) to 1 and now that is only available after you hit T5 running Elite STFs are not worth it. In a dev post earlier this week it was stated they are decreasing the Dilithium in STFs and greatly increasing Dilithium in fleet actions this leaves very little rewards in running Elite STFs or normal STFs. The gear for them is being taken away and we have to grind for a month or 2 before we can even buy any of them. In all this is making STFs almost worthless to play because of Time vs. reward. Other ways to earn dilthium and other rewards only take under 10 minutes where STFs are about 15 to 30 minutes depending on normal mode or elite. Are you guys trying to refocus what content gets played? If so I will still not play Fleet Actions just because of an increase in Dilthium because most of them have bugs and are poorly maintained.
Yes you have stated that you can turn in Marks for Dilthium, but you cannot do that until you hit T5 which still leaves an unbalanced system. You can try to state it like it is balanced all you want, but the fact remains we have to grind for 60 to 90 days that is 2 to 3 months before we can even turn in marks for dilthium.

I know. The idea of having to grind that long on mostly the same STFs make me nauseous.

That is not Correct:
You get 960 Dilithium+ 60marks+ 1 Neural Processor for an Elite stf.

you can turn in 5 Neural processors into 1000 Dilthium in the Upgrade slot(takes 15sec) and Later you can turn in the Marks too for Dilithium, so there is still enough Dilithium to make.

Or you could go massacre Borg at Defera. You get Omega Marks for that too.

I wish they'd add Omega Marks to Kerrat. I'm not a big PVPer, but I do like doing Kerrat at times. (And it is Borg related.)

ETA: I also hope they reevaluate whether or not we can get our conversion currency now, instead of after Tier 5. Because honestly, I'd rather focus on the new Romulan content than have to start over to get any of the Borg stuff.

I wish they'd do that for at least Tribble, as getting into STFs is a pain with queues and Defera gets old quick, particularly since I transfered a char without full MACO ground as my main.

If it's not worth it don't play it, the devs will change that eventually.

the reward system was perfectly fine, just remove EDC/salvage, replace with marks and be done, not cut down on gear and dilithium.

As mentioned you already can't convert any crap till T5 which needs a horrendous amount of time.
