Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I began playing prior to F2P. At the time I had 3 Fed (still do) and 2 Klingon toons.
After F2P, I liked the game enough to buy a LTS.
Now I see that I get the 300 & 700 day reward of a character slot. So, does that mean I should have 7?
I seem to remember that after F2P, the number of toons you could have went down from 5 to maybe 3 or 4. But since I already had my 5, I saw no change (maybe because I was LTS?).
Anyhow, just curious at what I should have. Truthfully, I only play on 3 of the 5 I have, and don't need anymore... but I'm just curious at what the amount should / could be?
I have been lifetime since Season 2, and, counting my Foundry toon, I have 9 slots.
I just checked to see how many more slots I have available, and it said I have 5 more unrestricted slots.
So, I would assume that you would also have that number, as a Lifetime Subscriber.
To see how many slots you have, when in the character selection screen, hover your mouse over the New Federation Character or the New Klingon Character buttons.
