In light of today's blog about the M-113 creature, I wanted to suggest a story mission revolving around a Dikironium cloud creature. As originally depicted in TOS, this lifeform has both ground and space capacity. IMO, it would be perfect to introduce such a story closer to October 2013?

Better if it hitched a ride on a civilian cargo ship bound for for DSN.
Everyone is shifted to one section, the ventilation system is shutdown to try to corner it, and you have another EV mission. Also a puzzle, have to reroute the power to seal doors and Emergency Force Fields in order to to get it to move to where you have to get it to trap it, using consoles and computer overrides.
How to catch it..........I dunno..........use a Dustbuster?
