Well, at least you can't activate all of the consoles at the same time.
And the perfect shield takes all weapons offline.
It should shut off engine too. Better yet, shut off aux as well. You'd think the "perfect shield" would require diverting all power to the shields to pull that off.

With my Tactical Escort Retrofit, 17 turn rate, at 52/30 engine power, the Advanced Fleet Hyper-Impulse Engine [turn]x3 [spd], Tachyokinetic Converter, and RCS mk XII (purple), I get a turn rate of 42.6.
Turn rate for the Vesta will probably be around 39-40 with the same hardware/power level.

she ship will have an adjusted turn rate over 20 if your skill tree is set up right, with 1 console it will proboly have a around a 30 turn rate
