"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Ok, I am confused and don't know how to fix this. I click login, enter my username and password, then click "stay logged in" and hit login. After I'm done browsing the internet I close firefox. Later on when I open firefox and go to the STO Forums I am not logged in and all the posts that I read, that have not had someone post in them since I read them, are marked as new posts again.
I have tried with Firefox, Chrome, and IE and have also deleted all cookies and everything and can't seem to get it to stay logged in and keep the posts I've read as read when nobodys posted in it.

This may be part of the issue, as 'cookies' are required for persistent login. You may also have set your multiple browsers to delete your 'cookies' when you exit, which of course, would delete your persistent login information...

Ok I got it but WHY I must delete all cookies-internet history all times?
If there is a problem for any infected there is not my problem IF IT'S TRUE there is company problem to fix it for not issue again. Also its really weird there is nothing any explaination from Cryptic. And also weird I see almost same persons here for reporting cilent-lag-log in issue. Are they other all have always good server service? If its true still has here some players have same problems and they would be some help or explaination here for us.Good companies cares all customers not for just big part of them.

Nah that's not really the problem. Deleting the cookies and stuff was an attempt to solve the problem. I had it setup so that nothing was deleted or cleared at first, then got the problem. After reading some posts from google where people had somewhat similar problems and fixed it by clearing cache/cookies and such I figured I'd give it a try.
I also remember when I tried Blacklight Retribution I couldn't sign up for an account with firefox. Their forum devs told me that their site didn't work with firefox or chrome and to use IE. I tried Chrome and IE here doing the same things thinking this could be the issue here but it did not fix it either.
Also...Eviax I think you are in the wrong thread there bud.
