I am planning to create a new tactical toon (klingon) for space pvp, but I am not sure about what traits to select.
I know that accurate and elusive are a must, so efficent captain... Warp theorist seems good to me, but what about techie? Any suggestion?

If I am using a borg toon, you can't get elusive and you are forced to get efficient captain and the nanite passive. I get warp theorist and accurate with those. With aliens I usually get accurate, elusive, techie/efficent captain and warp theorist. Covers all the bases. Accurate and elusive give you the most bang for the buck but techie is also very good for engineers to add to hull regen since you are hull tanking a lot.

I would get Joined Trill, elusive, accurate + whatever.

I use the following to great effect

(Only Alien) Accurate + Elusive + Efficient + Warp
