# 1 Suggestion on Costume Displays
11-02-2012, 01:01 PM
With MACO/Omega Force armors now visible, the way they display is disorganized and somewhat confusing.

Here's my proposed change:

Mk X - The No Helmet version
Mk XI - Helmet and armor version
Mk XII - The variant helmet and armor version, previously earned by completing specials

The special unlock for people who complete specials - Facility 4028 gear visuals

Here's how it will actually work:

Mk X = No special visual (aka "Plastic Pajamas")
Mk XI = Standard STF Armor, No helmet, few "bits"
Mk XII = Updated STF Armor, Helmet, more "bits"
Mk XII + Complete all Elite Optionals = Variant of Mk XII
Adapted Mk XII = An entirely-new variant of Mk XII

(NOTE: There is no Adapted Omega. Only MACO and Honor Guard.)

Only the top 3 of the above costumes have ever been live previously, though some may have seen Concept/WIP art of the fourth one that will be released with the Adapted sets.

So the Adapted Mk XII is a forth type of set? So it will be MACO, Omega, Honor Guard and DApted?

The whole concept of the Adapted armor is offering the stats/effects of the opposite faction. There is no opposite faction from Neutral. =p

Why would there be? Omega gear is already available to both factions...the whole point of the "adapted" stuff is to give each faction access to the other's previously unique gear.

Anti-Neutral

But really:
Adapted Omega Type 1 set:
Set Bonus 2: Maco bunus
Set Bonus 3: honor Guard bonus

Adapted Omega Type 2:
Set Bonus 2: Honor Guard bonus
Set Bonus 3: MACO Bonus

Wait, the Armor visuals are now gear visuals and no longer tailor options? Does that mean I can't mix and match the parts anymore?

Once you have multiple Costume Unlocks, you can mix and match the parts.

The visuals attached directly to the armor cannot be customized.

Im having a problem where I can not choose my Premade Honor Guard visuals, even though my character has both Honor Guard and Honor Guard HOS,

I can however choose my premade Honor Guard HOS outfit as well as my premade Omega outfit, but only while the Honor Guard Set visuals are disabled

Ah, ok. So the tailor options keep working then.

Although I can't seem to switch to my preset MACO and Omega costumes on Tribble. Are those options disabled atm?
Same problem with a few others unlocked costumes.

Edit: Never mind... seems costume slots ar just locked on tribble.
