UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

i am hoping this is the correct board, as more then a few have pointed me at it as the board to post on.
I am looking to give my "alien" character glowing red eyes, not unlike those seen on Lethean NPCs during the Federation side of the "klingon" story arc.
Is it possible at all to give aliens that slightly glowy eye look or is that restricted to NPCS? If so, any tips? I was working with the CC earlier, but I just couldnt get it to "glow" even slightly.
You can make glowing eyes in the Champions Online character creator. But There isn't any player customizable costume piece with a glow in the STO creator. But we get nifty customizable scars and tattoos that CO doesn't have.
