Way to go cryptic. the Borg Set is now once again useless. the console connects to some other BS while the set we have now is just dumb. The Borg Regen shield is one of the most useless shields in the game and now you're basically FORCING people to use it.

they arnt forcing anyone to use anything pal, i run all maco MK XII on my fleet defiant and its freakin awsome, i used to run all borg and maco shield but since the borg shield proc got nerfed i never used it at all, so try running all maco or omega for the (again nerfed tet glider) and high shield regen

Not cool...

But I geuss it was bound to happen sooner or later... :/

I'm pissed off because that means I'll have to REDO all of my ships. 3 Piece Borg or Bust. Also why wasn't this on the patch notes for Tribble?

This isn't the first time B-Money, and it won't be the last... If they can get around telling us, they won't.

It was the best science set for graviton generators, but now if we want any set bonus, we'll have to use the terrible borg shield or the not up to par maco space set (the 2 piece power is stupid and utterly useless). So I'll have to loose a lot of resilience or sci power efficiency.

I understand the need to nerf tanking, especially for escorts, but once again it looks like a science nerf, even if it wasn't the original purpose. I do hope that the new omega adapted borg tech won't force us to make a lot of sacrifices and have goot other set parts, because I really need the console on my science ship.

I'm not opposed to change but I hope the new omega adapted borg tech isn't a cheap set with terrible set parts, because I'll feat I have to loose the GREAT borg deflector with +5 to aux. That's already a huge nerf for scis.

Oh great, make a new freaking set, dont stealth kill off a current set just because you are useless!

The hull repair is the only part of the borg set that really matters to me for tanking anyway. The reactive deflection will help tanking spike hits like a beast.

The kinetic cutting beam should be interesting. Oddly enough the only console I can think of that would enhance it is the warhead yield chamber.

I'm only just collecting my borg set now (Got engines, 1 EDC away from getting the shield, still need the deflector), so don't know what's happened in those links provided. What exactly has happened?
