I'm having a problem with redeeming two $20 ultimate game cards as they both say "already redeemed" and there is no zen in my account. I have used this method of payment before which worked fine, however there is 0 zen in my balance. please help
Yes, check your wallet first. Move up to where it says "Charge Zen" at the top of the screen and click on Wallet. If you see numbers in there for zen you have to "Transfer" the zen to startrek online holodeck.
It is very confusing at first but trust me it will work. I just had to learn this myself not to long ago.
