The last 4 out of 5 purple consoles I've made via Children's Toys have been Prefire Chambers. Considering that there are so many consoles, the odds of 4 out of 5 being the same must be staggering.

Is there an issue with random generation or are the rubbish consoles more probable? If it's the latter, then I disagree with the system.
