A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I got lvl 50 Fed tactical and engineer lvl 50 characters.
My tactical one of has Pvp daily missions but my engineer is not.
I did try to find out Captain Mackenzie to get face to face mission.But he is not giving any mission and my mission list doesn't show any PvP daily on my engineer char's.
