0 dilithium in STFs currently, is this accidental or working as intended?

Reason: Patching the patch of the patch's patch to fix what we broke with the patch's patch that we needed because of the recent release.

Congrats to going live according to plans without postponing. Question: weren't we supposed to get marks for borg red alerts? Or is that only in romulan space?
