***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

This has been known since the patch notes hit Tribble.

My suggestion? Starbase progression is already going to slow to a crawl. Just pick up the Cadre packs.

Those at least are still free.

As for when you need to input blue doffs into the Starbase?
