You still lied.

You still thought it was a good idea to force your players/customers to play the game in a way you found acceptable; for an amount of time per day you found acceptable, not taking into consideration if it was what they wanted or would enjoy.

You still completely ignored your player/customer feedback about your coming changes and did what you wanted, reguardless.

This is in no way good business practice. You do not ignore what custmers tell you, then tell your customers what you have decided it is they want. And you most certainly never lie to them. Not if you wish for them to remain customers for long.

As everyone else is; I am glad that you decided to re-think some of your recent decisions; and to actually take into account what it is the players/customers would like. This is definately an improvement we are all happy with.

But this never should have been an issue in the first place; and the damage is done. Restoring players/custoners confidence in you is going to take time and considerably more then an "oops, our bad" post on your part.

I'm happy with the cooldowns and the dlilthium that we will be having now.

If the cap is raised by x3 it will severely decrease the value of dilithium and mess up the dilithium exchange, the price per zen will skyrocket, that is one thing that I dont want to see.

Dan,

Though i do not run STFs nor do I run Fleet Actions, I will commend you on reverting the changes to dilithium earnings to those that dio run these and care very much about those missions.

Glad to see at least that forums are being monitored and listened to.

Thanks, Dan.

I'll have further feedback as time goes on I'm sure but the team as a whole did fantastic work on S7 and it'll be nice to get back into game and be focused on that.

This seems like a reasonable approach to me.

Perfect? No. Reasonable? Yes.

You have a wide variety of players to cater to, however, and so I can recognize that perfect isn't always an option.

Can't really add anything else to this. Well said.

"Fool me once, shame on you."
"Fool me twice, shame on me."

In short, we won't be fooled again. Or in the very least, take a note from the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition;

- Keep your lies consistent.
- A good lie is easier to believe than the truth.

Hehehe, I think we lost big, this is a huge nerf for people farming for dilithium. I am a huge STFer and frankly I could have lived without the dil in STF. But the klingon scout force, gorn minefield and breaking dig (or whatever its called) had daily missions that would have granted an extra 1440 to make a total 2880 reward for each event after 1 run (15-25min depending on the team prowess). I am not exactly sure what the cool down was for those missions but it wasn't long. In any case, we lost A LOT of dilithium.

I don't care if Cryptic were not aware of this before and will now found out about it (nor am I even gonna pretend I know better than the devs and I suspect they knew considering how everything turned out), I just wanna let those that didn't know this simple fact that we lost big!!!

Edit: This is assuming of course the missions weren't discarded after S7 launch .
Forum fun murdered. No longer in service.

Thank you for listening to the community. Now I have something more to look forward in stf, something other than omega mark and neural proc. Shouldn't have done it the way you did, that just pest ppl off.

But at least you man enough to admit you made a mistake, that's worth something in my book

So many sheep congratulating them without bothering to read the thread up until this point.

Sheep!

It's not a good thing. It's a very bad thing. It remains a bad thing despite this PR stunt they staged.
