Hi Devs,

I have one simple question.

What is the justification behind lowering Dilithium reward for doing Fleet Actions for characters that have not reached Admiral/General rank and that cannot go get it in STF yet?

Thought i advocated for the return of loot/dilithium reward for doing STF, i am left wondering why the "across the board" nerf to Dilithium reward for doing Fleet Actions.

That is all.

I'm not a Dev so I can only make a guess but I think it's related to the fact that after finishing an STF, you're on a 60 minute cooldown and those usually take about 15 minutes to finish...if all goes well (and you don't outright fail).
Fleet Actions like SB24 take about 5 minutes, you can't really fail and they're on a 30 minute cooldown.

Characters who haven't reached Admiral don't need to spend as much for equipment.

SB24 will buy a lieutenant a space weapon with some leftover. A commander needs less than a day's refining cap. An admiral needs 3 days refining for a space weapon, and around 50 SB24s.

So, basically, the lower reward is arguably sufficient for a non-admiral, and admirals have more efficient sources.

considering most people are 50 i dont think it matters that much.

but the dilithium added to fleet actions was in place of stf's which was endgame content. lower rank players did benefit greatly from this and they still benefit to a degree but the bulk of the playerbase are now max rank. that is where they will focus their attention.

SB24 needs to be removed completely since it skews the dilithium data (and is a FED only mission).
