Borticus take a look at the gameplay bugs board, you will see that there are many many multiple threads on this.

Simply put - we have to contribute common BOFFS (Bridge Officers) for the Upgrade Station Personnel Officer - the problem is they cannot be contributed, no matter how many you have.

This is the same for everyone in every fleet and basically has brought starbase upgrades to a halt. Of course it happened over a weekend when you guys were not there to see the reports but we are all waiting to progress and cannot - we are losing advancement and you are losing money.

We have been reading the bug reports, and attempting to track down what's gone awry on these projects. I'll update this thread if we track down the issue. Until then, know that it's being investigated.

If you have any further info to add, please feel free. Include as many details as possible.

As long as you're looking at Starbase/Fleet related bugs, could you please have somebody take a look at the tables for the Bekk Inspection mission from the Officer of the Watch?

It's good to know that you are trying to track down the coding that caused this bug issue. It's very frustrating to not be able to progress further as a fleet because of this....

we got like 3 upgrade projects on hold now, and the cd for one of them already is 10days..

the patch did NOT fix it !!

"Fleet Starbase Personnel projects should now properly accept Bridge Officer donations." they do NOT
