i never had any problems from the time i started playing, feb 2012, to the end of oct 2012. then in nov i started crashing, lagging and rubber banding really bad and it just got worse daily. i ran diagnostics and nothing. it finally got to the point that the lag was so bad i could not play at all.

i ran diagnostics again and it indicated that my modem might be the problem. i bought a new "netgear" modem and hooked it up. wow! what a difference. no lag, no crashing and i honestly think the graphics look a lot better.

i figure my modem was slowiy dying but not enough for diagnostics to detect. i went to best buy and the netgear modem was $50. might be worth a try if you have not replaced your modem in awhile.
