I was just wandering is that a special fleet uniform thats on display if so how do you get it?

Join a fleet that has the tailor. It's the Fleet Uniform (Oddysee).

oh ok I'm already with fleet but we dont have a tailor yet but working on it

I will add, however, that the version from the Fleet tailor is "standard", not open like the wallpaper's version.

So far we have no word on an open version being available to players. But I'd bet money we'll get one eventually.

Im loveing that uniform thats in the wallpaper, I hope the open option becomes avilble soon!
