The shield drain from tachyon harmonic is not working properly... well, not at all. The skill's other effects seem to be working fine, but there just isnt any shield drain to it at all; when i checked the ui, it says "326.7 Target Shields" does this mean it now restores enemy shields?! Pretty sure that used to have a minus in front of it- please look into it- You will see right off that there is NO shield drain as intended.
