A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
As the title says really, im unable to choose my rep skills.
Im now past level 2 and for both times i cant choose my skills at all, it just says i need a respec token to view or choose a reputation skill.
I have 2 main characters who are doing the rep system, my Fed character is all fine and has her 2 sets of rep skills so far but my Klingon cant even choose anything, its very very annoying - yes i have done the tier 2 upgrade assignment/project
