***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

So according to STOWiki, the 'Scientific Aptitude' ground ability, which is gained just by leveling up as a Sci officer, is supposed to have 3 ranks. But at max level (VA50), I only have the second rank. What's going on?

STOWiki is wrong. There are only two ranks of the full-team buffs.

And having only two ranks applies for all the Admiral-level captain powers. This includes the team buffs in space and ground, along with Fleet Support.
