Hi everybody, I'm having trouble doing this mission. After go into the shipyard and talk to the shuttle info guy, he tells me to go buy a shuttle. But when i go buy a shuttle, i don't have a shuttle requisition thingy! Please help!

I think the only shuttle you get free is the Type F. You used to get a Runabout, but, they changed it.

Make sure you speak to the Shuttle Information Officer first.

I did, when i click on continue, the hail shuts down. So go and talk to the ship buying guy, and nothing

just did that today (still on it), and yeah - u can get Runabout for 30k EC, but when u do ---> u have to go to Starbase 39, as it says, and talk to some1 in Admiral`s office over there, and again with that Star Ship dude to go on ...


done all that and more , and now making circles inside some huge hangar with Borg cube on it, losing my nerves searching for some special spot only moron can think of ...

OP: You want to go into the ship requisition screen, filter by small craft, click the Type 8 shuttle, and click Buy. You don't get it through the dialog.

govv: Pressing V will lead you to the nearest interaction. Most likely the one you're stuck at is where you need to spiral up to the roof to scan the sphere.

nah, V / scan is not working in there, and I went up and down that section more than a few times ... it says UP near the Cube, but as said already - getting sick of doing circles for God knows how long, UP and DOWN inside that damn hangar ...

ORLY? been there, tried that for 2h at least, submitted ticket to GM after searching and flying up there in every possible direction... gonna see if there is any help from that video, maybe some news from GM as well, something will work out I hope.


P.S. yup, probably I had luck with some bug in there, when I see where Borg sphere was scanned in that video - I was there God knows how many times, flying slowly not to miss it, fast to check more space faster, etc. etc. and no help ...

I recently got stuck where one of the doors wouldn't open because the dialog window got interrupted. Leaving the mission logging and relogging didn't clear it. But dropping and restarting did solve the problem. You might have to try that.

What triggered it for me was getting shot while the dialog window was up. So be sure to kill all the fighters BEFORE getting into range of the sphere.

I dropped the mission, restarted the game. And got the mission again. And this time it works, it could have been a bug.
