Also, is it possible to have the Reputation Equipment Projects, Consumable Item Projects, and Store Unlock Projects moved from Active Projects to the Upgrade Projects track?
This, please. Other than converting Marks to Dilithium in this patch, there's nothing to do in the Upgrades category for the Remans, at least through tier 2 (haven't hit tier 3 on Holo yet), and only turning in Neural Processors for Dilithium for Omega.
I've tracked down the issue at hand. It stems from not all Bridge Officers sharing the same defining config files.
So, while these projects are set up to accept generic Boffs of the associated types, those Boffs are only currently obtained thru receiving a "Failure" outcome on Duty Officer assignments that recruit that species of Boff. The ones purchased at stores, or received from mission completion, are different config files, even though they share the same Display names. Therefore they cannot be used for these projects at this time.
We'll be updating the Projects to accept a wider range of Bridge Officers (hopefully encompassing all possibilities), and should have that fix in next week's patch.

I'm glad to see such a fast turnaround on the NPC disappearing bug. Also nice to see the return of patrols. Is the behavior the same as earlier on Tribble or has it been tweaked?
Nothing has been changed with the actual Patrol behavior. We just made sure it works AFTER publishing now.
Previously, if you had a patrol set on a map with uneven terrain, the NPCs patrolling would just fall through the world or do other sorts of inane things. Now they'll do this in preview, but they'll work properly in publish.
