A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Has anyone else noticed that the amount of kinetic damage plasma is doing has significantly increased both in PVP and PVE? Was this intended, or was this an oversight by the Devs?
Example: I fly a Science oddy, My toon is a Engineer, hull resists are at 65% across the board, and with 3 hull heals going (2 hazard, i aux to sif) my hull was still dropping, I had full shields and my hull went down to 15%
To me it sounds like the plasma damage got a unintended boost, Maybe it's just me.. I dunno, So i am making this post to see if anyone else is having this issue.
It was a player, I have noticed it in the borg as well, But we all know they are OP'd (and i'm ok with that lol) But with other players? That's kinda overkill and makes a tanking build useless.
