I have logged 2 previous bug tickets which outline my issue with this. However when I review my previous submitted tickets none are listed.

1,390,150 - About 4 weeks old
1,410,063 - Submitted today (again)
I am a Level 5 out of 7 in our fleet ranks. And I have had number of people trying to unmute me from our custom Fleet Channel even the Fleet Leader without luck.
I have been kicked from the Channel and Reinvited without luck. I have manually removed myself from the channel and rejoined - both options have not worked.
This bug has been reported a number of times on the forums without a solution.

pwebranflakes could you please have someone in support look into what is happening with these support tickets and provide a solution to address these issues within the forum posts listed above.
