A few weeks ago my brother got on my account and deleted my main character "seltek" i l was hoping there was something you guys could do to help me get my character back.
I spent alot of money time and effort on that character and i really hate to have alll that goto waste, i had a few lock box ships 90% of my gear was MK XII very rare items and such and i really hope there is away you guys can get him back
Although having played other MMORPGs in the past, I have a bad feeling that they might not restore your character. They might point you to EULA's "account security is your responsibility" clause and do nothing to help. I hope I'm wrong though. In either case, your brother better be in for some hurtin'
Also, this may not be the best channel for such a request. You should probably open a new ticket in-game. Just don't create a new character with the same name as the old one as not to confuse them.
