Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
At the risk of sounding dense or, perhaps, having missed either a memo or even simply not looking in the right place, I want to ask fellow players (and hopefully Devs) the following question: where are the Marks to dilithium projects located?
It was stated that, in these two latest patches, the Marks to dilithium projects were going to be opened at all Tier levels for both Omega and Romulan Marks, not just when you hit/completed T5 any longer. I am working on T3, and I started new XP projects today, but looked high and low for anything either labeled "Marks to Dilithium" or that contained the words or notion in the project descriptions...nada.
Did these projects not get unlocked after all, am I looking in the wrong places (I am in the Rep systems window), or am I in need of a new prescription for my glasses?
Love some useful input and direction. Anyone?

Brilliant; thanks, mate! 'Guess I'm going to go with the "new glasses script" part of my post, because I didn't even see "Upgrade Available" (highlighted BOLDLY...of course) in the tab !
Anyway, thanks for the assist!
Good luck, and good hunting!
